Sailor Galaxia can enter Usagi's mind when she was talking to the Light of Hope, attack reflection, mind control via her bracelets. She can control Sailor Senshi with them and she can kill them by removing the bracelets.
Weaknesses: The Light of Hope. This weakness dissapeared when Galaxia turned into Chaos Galaxia.
Destructive Capacity: Galaxy level. Universe level if left unchecked (Galaxia is vastly superior to Death Phantom, Pharaoh 90 and Queen Nehelenia). Galaxia destroyed several planets in the past and trapped Chaos, an evil being that covered the Milky Way with its evil energy, inside her body. Galaxia easily defeated Super Sailor Saturn and the other Outer Senshi, a stronger version of Sailor Saturn who can fight against Pharaoh 90 with the infinite power of the Holy Grail and Nehellenia. She also destroyed the Mirror Dimension where Nehelenia was sealed That dimension is moon sized since its located inside a moon eclipse.

Speed: MFTL. (Galaxia flies around the Milky Way while fighting the Starlights). She also catched Sailor Uranus's Space Sword with one hand. Sailor Uranus is faster than the wind and dodged Kaolinite's lightning before. She also used that attack to kill Germatoid, who is stronger than Daimons. She also stopped Star Healer and Neptune's attacks and stopped Star Serious Laser with one hand.
Durability: Universe level+ or higher. (Galaxia took attacks from Super Sailors and Eternal Sailor Moon, who destroyed Death Phantom and Pharaoh 90 in the past).
Lifting Strength: Uknown. (Galaxia grabbed and threw Sailor Uranus, whose weight is 60 kg).
